Silent Petal

In the spring day

flower lay down to rest

the sunlight upon your face

I long so much to bloom

to open up my petals.

Delicate and new

Eventually grows out 

losing itself to the autumn

fall back to the earth

Silent petals upon the earth

May teach us

The art of letting go

Let it fall through your finger

Put things down that were once good

Ease your grip. Let it go.

It's nature's way of 

teaching us that 

Nothing lasts forever

It doesn't always mean to give up

But sometimes falling can be 

a new beginning

What if everything

you're going through is preparing you 

for everything you asked for?

A renewed blossoms

and fresh starts

where joy and purpose flourish

A flower doesn't think of

competing with another flower

It just blooms
